🥔 What Makes This Recipe So Good

  • This recipe might be very simple, but these air fryer breakfast potatoes are incredibly delicious! Crispy on the outside, beautifully creamy on the inside, they’re seasoned to perfection with paprika, onion and garlic powder, and a little salt and pepper.
  • They’re incredibly easy to make and you’re guaranteed to get perfectly cooked and crispy breakfast potatoes every time! Using the air fryer is a foolproof method, it’s convenient and easy clean-up.
  • Yes they’re traditionally called breakfast potatoes, but really they’ll work as a perfect side dish to any meal! Pair them with this avocado omelette, these amazing Boursin scrambled eggs, air fryer sausages, chicken or even steak.

👩🏼‍🍳 Chef’s Tips

  • We’re using Yukon gold potatoes for this recipe as they’re buttery and creamy, but you can use any potatoes really. Red skin potatoes, baby potatoes or even russets. They’ll all work! If you want to peel the potatoes or not, it’s totally up to you and your preference. Just make sure to give them a good scrub either way before chopping them.
  • Make sure to give your air fryer a good shake about every 5 minutes. This step is crucial to make sure the air fryer breakfast potatoes crisp up evenly.
  • These potatoes are best eaten right away when they’re freshly cooked. But if you have any leftovers, I’d recommend reheating them in the air fryer, so they can crisp up again.
