👩🏼🍳 Chef’s Tips
- We’re using Yukon gold potatoes for this recipe as they’re buttery and creamy, but you can use any potatoes really. Red skin potatoes, baby potatoes or even russets. They’ll all work! If you want to peel the potatoes or not, it’s totally up to you and your preference. Just make sure to give them a good scrub either way before chopping them.
- Make sure to give your air fryer a good shake about every 5 minutes. This step is crucial to make sure the air fryer breakfast potatoes crisp up evenly.
- These potatoes are best eaten right away when they’re freshly cooked. But if you have any leftovers, I’d recommend reheating them in the air fryer, so they can crisp up again.
