Chef’s Tips
- Use a mandolin or a very sharp knife cut your zucchini. You want the chips to be thin, but not too thin.
- Keep a close eye on your chips, especially the first time you make them. Every air fryer is different, so some may cook more quickly than others. Check your chips halfway through the cooking time for doneness.

These are amazing!! Exactly what I needed for the crunch craving I get on keto 🙂 thank you for the awesome recipe!!
one IMPORTANT NOTE for anyone following the advice of using a mandolin: USE THE HAND GUARD AND WEAR CUT RESISTANT GLOVES. You have no idea how sharp it is, and it will quite literally take your fingertip off!! Speaking, unfortunately, from experience…

Ooh, ouch!! I’m so glad you liked the chips, though! No missing fingertips this time?
