Planning a party? This easy jungle juice recipe gives you a fun, delicious, crowd-pleasing cocktail that won’t break the bank. Made with fresh fruits, a variety of juices, and a blend of alcohols, it tastes every bit as good as it looks. Ready to drink in roughly 15 minutes, this simple punch recipe makes 1 ½ gallons of jungle juice – perfect for summer cookouts, bachelorette parties, college parties, game day, and more!
🍓 What Makes This Recipe So Good
- Jungle juice is absolutely delicious! This recipe doesn’t skimp on alcohol, but it’s balanced so well by all the fruit juices and sparkling water that you really can’t even taste it. Be careful, though! That usually means the alcohol will sneak up on you, so be sure to drink responsibly.
- While some of our drink recipes, like this cucumber jalapeño margarita over on our sister site, are written as a single drink or a small batch, this jungle juice recipe is meant for a party! As written, this recipe gives you roughly 1 ½ gallons of punch, which comes out to 24-ish 8-ounce servings. You can use the servings calculator feature on the recipe card below if you need a smaller (or larger!) batch.
- Bartending on a budget? Since this drink uses rum, vodka, triple sec, and a few fruit juices, you can throw it together pretty cheaply if you need to. Of course, cheap liquor comes with its own price, but still.
🍹 Chef’s Tips
- While the fresh fruits and the fruit juices combination in this recipe tastes incredible together, feel free to substitute any to your likings! You can literally use any fruit and fruit juice you prefer and it’ll totally work. Peaches, grapes, berries, kiwi or limes are great addition examples. You can also add more or less vodka, rum or triple sec.
- The combo of fruits and juices in this recipe tastes pretty freaking amazing, but you can absolutely swap things out with your favorite alternatives so you’ve got the most perfect jungle juice possible. Peaches, grapes, berries, kiwi, or limes would all make great additions, and you could use white grape juice, peach mango juice, strawberry lemonade, or basically any other juice in place of the fruit punch we use. Even the alcohol can be changed out with flavored varieties or with other types of alcohol altogether.
- This is a great recipe to prep in advance. Just mix everything up and refrigerate it until you’re ready to serve! Anywhere from 3-12 hours ahead of time is just fine, PLUS it’ll give the fruit a chance to infuse with the juices and alcohols, giving you a boozy snack to go along with your jungle juice. If you don’t have time to make your punch and let it chill, that’s totally fine. Just serve it over ice! I wouldn’t add the ice directly to the pitcher or dispenser, though, or it’ll water down your drink as it melts.

Notes
- Yield: As written, this recipe produces roughly 1 ½ gallons of jungle juice, or 24 8-ounce servings. Please use the serving calculator feature toward the top of the recipe card to make a larger or smaller batch.
- Sparkling Water: Any sparkling/seltzer/soda water will work, so if you can’t find lemon-lime or just prefer a different flavor, you can swap it out.
- Fresh Fruits: The fresh fruits are optional, but they add a lot to the punch, both visually and in flavor. You can also substitute the fresh fruits used here with any others you prefer.
- Alternate Alcohols: You can make this with tequila, everclear, or gin if you prefer those to rum and/or vodka. Cointreau or Grand Marnier can be used in place of the triple sec.
- Make it Non-Alcoholic: Replace the 6 cups of alcohol with 6 additional cups of the fruit juices used in the recipe.

How long will it keep in the refrigerator if you have it left over after a party?
Jessica | Easy Healthy Recipes Team says
Hi, Mary Anne! This juice is definitely best when fresh, due to the fresh fruits and sparkling water. It would probably still be good the day after, but not much longer after that. Let us know if you make it!
