Beef with Garlic Sauce

Place sliced beef in large bowl and coat with cornstarch. Mix until combined, then set aside.

In a skillet over med-high heat, add sesame oil until it simmers, then add garlic. Stir and cook for 1 min. Add ginger & cook for 1 more min.

Stir in the beef & cook for 4 mins.

Add broccoli and soy sauce.

Then add the garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until mixed together & meat is browned & broccoli is bright green.

Remove from heat. Serve alone or with rice & noodles.
