Gluten Free Mug Cake
In a medium bowl, whisk together oil, milk, & vanilla.
In another bowl, whisk the flour, cocoa powder, salt, sugar, and baking soda.
Combine the dry and wet ingredients
Whisk until combined, making sure to catch any pockets of flour.
Transfer to a mug and top with chocolate chips
Microwave for 1 min, or in 10 second intervals until cake is done.
