Taco Pie

Preheat oven to 400F. Place the pie crust in the bottom of a 9 inch pie dish and crimp the edges. Then poke holes in the bottom of the crust with a fork.  Bake for 4 minutes.

While the pie crust is baking, brown the ground beef in a pan over medium heat.

Drain the ground beef, then add the onion, and bell pepper into the pan. Cook until soft.

Then add the ground beef, taco seasoning, water, corn and salsa into the pan. Simmer until water is absorbed.

Spread the taco meat over the cornbread and top with cheese.

Bake for 10 more minutes or until cheese is melted.

Add desired toppings and enjoy!
