Air Fryer Salmon

A super easy and quick Air Fryer salmon recipe that keeps salmon moist and tender. Perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 4-ounce salmon fillets
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons avocado oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper

Instructions

  • Lightly coat salmon fillets with neutral oil of choice.
  • Season salmon with salt and freshly cracked pepper.
  • Turn on air fryer to 350 degrees. Place oiled and seasoned salmon fillets into air fryer basket.
  • Insert basket into air fryer. For medium rare salmon, cook for 3-4 minutes. If you would like a more well done salmon, cook for 6-7 minutes.
  • Once salmon is finished, immediately remove from air fryer to prevent additional cook time. Garnish with sprigs of fresh dill and serve.

Notes

Be sure to immediately remove your cooked salmon from the air fryer basket as soon as your timer goes off. If you remove your salmon immediately, it will prevent the fish from overcooking.
