3russet potatoes(cooked and cut in half)
spray cooking oil
salt and black pepper(to taste)
½cupshredded cheddar cheese
4slicesbacon(cooked and crumbled)
¼cupsour cream
2green onions(thinly sliced)

Scoop out some of the inside flesh from each potato half, leaving about 1/2-inch flesh in each potato.
Lightly coat inside of air fryer basket or tray with spray cooking oil, place potato halves in an even layer in basket or tray. Cook at 400° Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
Once crispy, evenly sprinkle potato skins with shredded cheese, then top with crumbled bacon. Cook at 400° Fahrenheit for 3-5 minutes or until cheese has melted.
Top potato skins with sour cream and sliced green onions, serve warm.
