Ingredients Needed
1 ½cupsshredded cooked chicken(like rotisserie)
½cupbuffalo sauce(plus extra for serving)
½cupranch dressing(plus extra for serving)
1Teaspoongarlic powder
2flatbread crusts(1 x 14 oz package)
2cupsshredded mozzarella cheese(or more to taste)
¼red onion(thinly sliced)
2green onions(thinly sliced)
crumbled blue cheese(optional, for topping)

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Combine the shredded chicken, Buffalo sauce, and garlic powder in a bowl.
Place the flatbreads on the prepared baking sheets. Evenly spread each with ranch dressing. Layer the flatbreads equally with mozzarella, sauced chicken, and red onion, in that order.
Bake the flatbreads in the preheated oven until sides are golden brown and cheese is melted, 13 to 18 minutes.
Sprinkle with green onion slices, and drizzle with more Buffalo sauce or ranch dressing, if desired. Add the crumbled blue cheese, if using.
