1cupunsalted butter(at room temperature)
½cupconfectioners' sugar
3tablespoonshoney
½teaspoonpure vanilla extract
2teaspoonsground cinnamon
¼teaspoonkosher salt(or coarse sea salt)

Add 1 cup unsalted butter, ½ cup confectioners' sugar, 3 tablespoons honey, ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract, 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, and ¼ teaspoon kosher salt to medium mixing bowl.
Use hand mixer fitted with beater attachments to mix ingredients together until fully incorporated into smooth mixture. Pause mixer and scrape down sides of bowl as needed to ensure ingredients are mixed completely.
Taste mixture and adjust sugar, cinnamon, and/or salt as desired.
When satisfied with flavor, transfer cinnamon honey butter to airtight container. Serve immediately or store until ready to serve.
Recipe Notes
The butter must be room temperature in order to mix with the other ingredients like it needs to and develop the right consistency. Do not use cold butter!
Storage: Keep cinnamon honey butter in an airtight container at room temperature up to 3 days, or refrigerate butter in an airtight container up to 1 month.
