1tablespoonranch seasoning
¼cupbuffalo sauce(plus more to serve)
¼cupshredded cheddar cheese(plus more to serve)
1cupshredded chicken breast(about ½ lb or 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast)
2green onions(sliced green and white separated )
crumbled blue cheese(optional, to serve)

Mix together the cottage cheese, ranch seasoning, buffalo sauce, and cheddar cheese until combined.
Stir in the chicken and the white parts of the green onion.
Spoon into a heat-proof dish, and top with more cheddar cheese if you want a particularly cheesy top.
Air fry at 375F for 8-10 minutes, until the dip is hot and the top is bubbling.
Recipe Notes
If you want to bake a thick and gooey dip, use a 1-quart dish. if you'd like it to spread out a bit more so more of the top gets baked in the air fryer, make it in a 8x8 inch dish instead.
To make this Buffalo Dip in the oven, cook it at 350°F (175°C) for 12–15 minutes instead.
