1boxfrozen mini corn dogs(approximately 30 ounces)
For the Smoky Mustard Sauce
¼cupyellow mustard
2tablespoonshoney
2teaspoonssmoked paprika
1teaspooncajun seasoning
salt(to taste)

Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 380° Fahrenheit. Once air fryer is preheated, lightly spray basket with cooking spray.
Place frozen mini corn dogs in air fryer basket in one even layer, working in batches as needed. Place basket in air fryer and cook corn dogs 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, pause air fryer and remove basket. Shake basket to toss/flip corn dogs, then return basket to air fryer. Cook another 5 minutes or until mini corn dogs have reach desired doneness.
While corn dogs cook, add all mustard sauce ingredients to small bowl. Whisk vigorously until ingredients are fully incorporated, then set sauce aside.
Once mini corn dogs have reached desired doneness, transfer cooked corn dogs from basket to plate or bowl. Repeat until all corn dogs have been air fried, then serve corn dogs warm with mustard sauce.
