Air Fryer Scallops
Scallops are cooked to buttery, tender perfection in the air fryer! With just a few simple ingredients you probably already have on-hand, you'll have delicious scallops in under 10 minutes.
Servings: 2 servings
- 6 large sea scallops
- spray cooking oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- lemon wedges for serving
Pat scallops dry with a paper towel, then sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper.
Spray the inside of air fryer basket with cooking oil, place scallops inside, then spray scallops with oil.
Cook at 400° Fahrenheit for 6 minutes, pausing to flip halfway through. Serve scallops with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
