  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • ½ cup vegan butter softened
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1 baguette sliced into 1-inch thick pieces
  • 3 tablespoons vegan parmesan cheese optional


  • Preheat oven to 425° Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  • Mix together the softened vegan butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley in a small bowl.
