  • 3 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 3 teaspoons apple cider vinegar with the "Mother"
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Pecan and Goat Cheese Salad

  • 1 bunch red lettuce chopped
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup goat cheese
  • 1 bunch radishes thinly sliced


  • In a small bowl, whisk together the mustard and apple cider vinegar.
  • Little by little, add olive oil until ingredients are evenly combined and smooth.Add salt and pepper as needed.
  • Pour over salad and enjoy!Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Pecan and Goat Cheese Salad

  • With a sharp knife, chop the red lettuce, and then thinly slice the radishes.
  • Toss radishes and red lettuce together in a medium to large sized bowl. Sprinkle pecans over salad. Top with goat cheese.
