Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set baking sheet aside.
Remove 12 sweet Hawaiian rolls from package without separating rolls. Place full sheet of Hawaiian rolls on cutting board.
Starting on one side of sheet of Hawaiian rolls, use serrated knife to cut rolls in half horizontally. Place bottom half of Hawaiian rolls on parchment-lined baking sheet. Set top half of rolls aside.
Place small saucepan on stovetop over medium heat. Add ½ cup unsalted butter and let butter melt completely.
Add 1 teaspoon dried parsley, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, and ¼ teaspoon salt to saucepan. Whisk ingredients together until incorporated.
Once incorporated, brush approximately one third of butter sauce onto cut side of Hawaiian roll bottoms.
Break or cut 6 slices colby jack cheese into strips as needed, then lay strips of cheese on top of Hawaiian roll bottoms. Cover rolls evenly.
Layer 1 pound thinly sliced deli chicken evenly over layer of cheese slices.
Spread ½ cup cooked, crumbled bacon evenly over chicken layer.
Drizzle ⅓ cup ranch dressing evenly over chicken and bacon.
Place remaining 6 slices colby jack cheese over ranch dressing, breaking or cutting cheese into strips as needed to cover all sliders.
Brush approximately half of remaining butter sauce onto cut side of Hawaiian roll tops, then place tops on cheese layer, cut-side down.
Brush remaining butter sauce over tops and sides of Hawaiian rolls, then sprinkle 2 tablespoons grated parmesan evenly over tops of Hawaiian rolls.
Cover baking sheet loosely with aluminum foil, then place baking sheet in preheated oven. Bake sliders 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, carefully remove baking sheet from oven. Remove aluminum foil and discard.
Return baking sheet to oven. Bake sliders, uncovered, approximately 10 minutes or until tops of rolls are lightly golden.
Once rolls are lightly golden, remove baking sheet from oven. Cut sheet of sliders into 12 individual sliders.
Serve sliders immediately with additional ranch dressing if desired.
Recipe Notes
Deli Chicken: I like to get my chicken sliced on the number 2 or 3 settings so it's thin but not too thin.
