Fill a large pot with water and preheat sous vide precision cooker to 185° Fahrenheit.
Toss broccoli in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Transfer broccoli to a large bag, then seal and remove as much air from the bag as possible.
Place bag into water bath for 10-15 minutes, then immediately remove broccoli from bag and transfer to an ice bath to stop cooking. Drain broccoli from water and serve warm.
