Use hand mixer fitted with whisk attachments to mix ingredients together until fully incorporated and mixture has formed stiff peaks.
Spoon or pipe equal amounts of mousse into serving glasses or bowls. Serve mousse immediately if desired, or place servings in refrigerator until ready to serve. Immediately prior to serving, top mousse with keto whipped cream and shavings from keto chocolate bar, if desired.
