This addictively cheesy High Protein Buffalo Chicken Dip is perfect for Game Day! Loaded up with shredded chicken, cottage cheese, ranch seasoning and buffalo sauce it has 8g protein per serving – and as a make-ahead recipe ready in just 20 minutes, it’s perfect for entertaining!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce plus more to serve
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese plus more to serve
  • 1 cup shredded chicken breast about ½ lb or 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 2 green onions sliced green and white separated
  • crumbled blue cheese optional, to serve

  • Air Fryer oven instructions included in the notes
  • 1-Quart Baking Dish Or 8×8 inch square dish

Instructions 

  • Mix together the cottage cheese, ranch seasoning, buffalo sauce, and cheddar cheese until combined.
  • Stir in the chicken and the white parts of the green onion.
  • Spoon into a heat-proof dish, and top with more cheddar cheese if you want a particularly cheesy top.
  • Air fry at 375F for 8-10 minutes, until the dip is hot and the top is bubbling.
