High Protein Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
- ¼ cup buffalo sauce plus more to serve
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese plus more to serve
- 1 cup shredded chicken breast about ½ lb or 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 2 green onions sliced green and white separated
- crumbled blue cheese optional, to serve

- 1-Quart Baking Dish Or 8×8 inch square dish
Instructions
- Mix together the cottage cheese, ranch seasoning, buffalo sauce, and cheddar cheese until combined.
- Stir in the chicken and the white parts of the green onion.
- Spoon into a heat-proof dish, and top with more cheddar cheese if you want a particularly cheesy top.
- Air fry at 375F for 8-10 minutes, until the dip is hot and the top is bubbling.
