These Gluten Free Monster Cookies have everything you want in a classic Monster Cookie – peanut butter, oats, chocolate chips and M&M candy – but made gluten-free! They’re sweet, thick, chewy and the perfect sweet treat for any occasion!

Why You’ll Love This Recipe

  • Love peanut butter cookies? Oatmeal cookies? Chocolate chip cookies? M&M cookies? These Gluten Free Monster Cookies are all of your favorite cookie recipes rolled into one!
  • This is a one-bowl, no-chill cookie recipe. So no need to wait for the dough if you’re in a hurry – or to worry about creating too much washing up!

Chef’s Tips

  • Don’t use a natural peanut butter that separates in the jar (save that for your toast!) – a brand like JIF will help keep these cookies together.
  • These Monster Cookies are made the classic way with M&M candies, but if you have any leftover Halloween candy you can chop that up to use as your add-in instead. Just remember to check what you’re using is gluten-free!
