Why You’ll Love This Recipe

  • Make with a Greek-yogurt based dough, these No Knead Healthy Cinnamon Rolls are yeast-free, meaning they don’t have any rising time. Not only are they better for you than regular cinnamon rolls, but they’re a great way to get your cinnamon roll fix fast!
  • This is a small-batch cinnamon roll recipe so, perfect for smaller gatherings or a holiday breakfast for just a few of you.
  • These are cinnamon rolls that don’t compromise on flavor, slathered with a classic cream cheese frosting sweetened with powdered sweetener instead of sugar, so you don’t miss out on that finishing touch!

Chef’s Tips

  • This recipe makes 6 bakery-style rolls, but you can also use it to make 8 home-style rolls instead if you need to serve more people.
  • Using unflavored floss to cut the rolls will yield the best shaped rolls as the big roll of cinnamon roll won’t squash with the weight of a sharp knife.
  • We like Swerve as our go-to brand of sweetener in this recipe, but any brand you like and can easily buy should work in this recipe.
