Great question! Cucumber water will last about 2–3 days in the fridge. For best results, remove the cucumber slices after about 12 hours — if they stay in too long, they can start to break down and make the water taste slightly bitter. Just strain and store in a sealed pitcher. So refreshing! 🥒

I was told Friday to only drink water especially in the mornings on a empty stomach. THANK YOU for this recipe, because I don’t have a taste for water . But due to my Primary Doc. & Nutrition Nurse advice. They stressed due to my kidneys and health . More water to require for me to drink .So I Google how to naturally favor drinking water and your website and recipes pop up . So immediately prepared my sliced cucumbers Spring Water into a gallon pitcher and refrigerated it for excactly twenty five minutes and set my alarm to remind to drink still on my empty stomach right now THANK YOU VERY MUCH

They won’t be very flavorful after the first batch of infused water so I would recommend using fresh cucumbers each time!
